Shipping policy
Shipping rates are determined by the shipping carrier at time of checkout. Once the order has been shipped we can no longer make changes to the address or reroute the package. Please double check your shipping address and contact information at time of checkout. A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be provided with all shipped orders in North America. Please allow 2-3 business days for the order to be processed at the store. Once the shipment has left our shop it is the customer's responsibility to track their package to ensure proper delivery.
We do not guarantee shipping times and we do not refund shipping costs on any orders.
International Customers: Customs and/or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient. The store is not responsible for any customs or duties charged. Please check with your countries customs agency for rates.
In-Store Pickup
Customers have the option to pickup their order at PROJECT A, located at 710 8 Street, in Canmore, AB. Please select "In Store Pickup" at checkout and we will send you an email when the order has been processed and is ready to be picked up.
